She previously held the position of Director of the Low Carbon Economy Institute at the International Cooperation Center, NDRC responsible for low carbon research. She is the Co-Founder of Arreon Carbon UK Ltd. As an external expert, Kathy has advised NCSC on the top-level design of national carbon trading market.

Liu Yanyan (Sammi) Vice President

Sammi has 13 years experience in carbon project development, portfolio management, financial product design and carbon ABS. She is familiar with emission reduction mechanisms, carbon policy and global carbon markets. Sammi previously managed more than 30 CDM projects at EDF Trading Limited. She is an expert in CDM methodologies.

Cathy has more than 8 years of carbon trading experience. She takes overall responsibility of floor trading and OTC business at Timing Carbon. Meanwhile, she is an expert in the EU ETS trading market. Cathy was previously a senior CDM project manager with comprehensive project development experience in CDM.
